I brought my car in to get serviced and was told it would be a few days to get it repaired. It took over two weeks to get my car back. During that two weeks I was told on two separate occasions that my car w be a few days to get it repaired. It took over two weeks to get my car back. During that two weeks I was told on two separate occasions that my car would be ready the next day. It wasn’t. When I inquired why it wasn’t ready I was told they were waiting on parts. Mind you, I was told this on day 2. And then agin on day 11 or 12. The associate that was assigned to help me lied to me on two separate occasions. I had to drive to the shop and request the manager because I could not get a straight answer. When I spoke with the service manager, he promised I would have my car on the following Monday. That didn’t happen. My car was not ready until that Tuesday. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service associate informed me that the service technician put a dent in my driver’s door. He also said that they took it to their body shop to an estimate and he expected to have the estimate back the next day. He would call me so I could schedule a time with the body shop to have my door repaired. It’s now four days since I picked up my car and I still have not heard back from your associate. This is just one more time I was lied to. This is the worst experience I have every had with a repair shop in my entire life. More
