If I was considering another Ford I would go back there and give them a chance to win my business. I made it a point to them that I wanted to be quick about things when I was there, and to that point th and give them a chance to win my business. Too often you get stuck at a dealership for hours while they waste your time, so that was nice. Maybe I'm harsh - Kenny Ross pulled that stuff on me and I will never go back there again. I would rank Kenny Ross like a 2-3. These guys are up in the 8-10 range. I'd recommend the dealership in so far as you should consider them as a good dealership to work with in price negotiations with other dealerships. I'd never recommend to anybody to only stop at one dealership, obviously. More
