I've been a customer since 2007 and purchased 2 vehicles while having my partner lease a truck and then purchase a car. I've have my cars serviced here and I always purchase a warranty. So on this visit I had my car checked and it needs a steering rack. I said fine and gave my warranty info, which I have used 3 times at this location, to be told they only accept ford issued warranty's now. That is something that should be told to a customer before they incur a $204 fee for diagnostic. Also, if the warranty company has been used in the past with no issue then why not continue servicing a long time customer?! I am currently waiting on a call back from the service manager but haven't heard anything back yet. More
