Cochran Ford Monroeville Service was only interested in transferring me to sales (tried to FOUR TIMES while I was asking questions about the repairs I supposedly needed) and getting my Bronco as a trade in transferring me to sales (tried to FOUR TIMES while I was asking questions about the repairs I supposedly needed) and getting my Bronco as a trade in. They gave me an absolutely ridiculous $11,000 repair quote while glossing over the fact that they couldn’t replicate the issue it was in for. Thankfully, I had it towed to a competing Ford dealer for a second diagnosis where they actually had an intention to fix it vs. get it as a trade in. Now, it still was a hefty $4600 repair bill and I will never buy another Ford now anyway, but that’s more than half the cost of what “#1” Cochran Ford Monroeville quoted. More
