Most likely the last time I would utilize this dealership for service. Poor experience. Had vehicle towed to dealership October 7th, was informed that they could not look at problem, which we told the issue, for service. Poor experience. Had vehicle towed to dealership October 7th, was informed that they could not look at problem, which we told the issue, until October 13 at 8 am. Never heard from service rep until late 14th after leaving message. They did not listen to what we told them issue was so they did what they thought the problem was. Lo and behold it still was not resolved so they had to order a part on the 16 th which we were told would take 3-4 days to get . That being said heard from the customer service rep that part came in on 20th, they would put on and test next day. End of day 21st was called and told there was a leak and that they would try to resolve on 22nd. Heard nothing so on afternoon of 23 rd I was in Monroeville stopped to check on status,told repair was complete and that I was called 1-1/2 hour prior. Note: never received phone call! I paid for repair and told rep I would stop later to pu vehicle. He gave me the wrong keys so we had to immediately take the wrong keys back to dealership and get core t keys. Very disappointed in time for a relatively simple repair and very poor communication. More
