Took my car in for inspection,oil change,and a free alignment because of a previous long wait for last oil change. During alignment they broke something and had to wait 2 months to get my car back. There was no communication from them during this 2 months. I was given a loaner but didn’t know what was taking so long. Made many calls and was given a lot of excuses. Finally did get car back. It was filthy and they made no attempt to compensate me for not having my car for 2 months. Very disappointed in this dealership. Been a ford owner over 50 years but never again More
Ford of Monroeville is the worst dealership by far! ! When your looking to purchase a vehicle you yet all this attention once the deal is done buyer beware on one is available. They have had my car since December 26,2022 to repair my sunroof, we finally was able to get our car back on Saturday, Jan 15 after we had to pay a $214.00 dollar deductible which I feel should have been waived for our inconvenience. We had to return the our car on Monday, January 16 the work to the sunroof was incomplete and damage was also done to the vehicle. The dealership informed us that they had to keep our vehicle and my husband was told there was no loaners available until a young caucasian came in and they informed him that they have a loaner available!! My husband finally got a loaner and it was filthy!!! My experience with Ford of Monroeville has been a total nightmare!! More
Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. I called for TWO straight hours with not a single person answering the phone. How is that even possible? I even tried another dep with in my life. I called for TWO straight hours with not a single person answering the phone. How is that even possible? I even tried another department (sales) to ask if it is was possible to get someone from service on the phone and was hung up on. This is beyond unacceptable. I would be fired from my job if I did this. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Best part - they scratched my car after doing service on it. I honestly thought I was being punked. If you are short-staffed call in more people or put someone from another department on the phones - management should be able to field calls. Customers in-person are no different then a person calling on the phone about their vehicle. I will never, ever, ever bring my car here again for service or purchase another vehicle from this establishment. If this is how your treat your customers, I would rather spend my money in a more reputable dealership. More
I’m sorry your customer should be number 1 and treated in such a manner. Beyond POOR after sale! Leased NEW Ranger ,truck had 245miles after 10days and Infotainment system went completely DEAD! Contacted serv dept explained situation and made SIMPLE request of alternate tran 245miles after 10days and Infotainment system went completely DEAD! To my disbelief ,I proceeded to voice my displeasure to service manager,which took over a half a day just to get her a message and to return my call! She also told me SORRY but dont have the authorization to get alternative transportation at present!? Company policy,Ford policy? HOW ABOUT BS POLICY from the customer end from someone who carries a title of Service Manager ? Now after dedicating more then half my day dealing with the prob,finally contacting my sales person,which I was told was NOT in on this day!? ,I sent my salesman a text and he said he was working !? So now Im making as much progress as my dead infotaintment system! I called my salesman and voiced my displeasure and frustration,he was dumfounded by the way things had transpired!? My salesman contacted the GM Matt K who was on vacation to touchbase with me ASAP!? Now the business day is getting real thin and I have 6hours into getting a lil satisfaction,of none! Matt did call me back and managed to understand my anger,and frustration! BUT ,didnt know if he could get me alternative transportation till next day!?Explained policy, bla,bla,bla... Hes the GM and still left me hanging till next day! At this stage of the problem I decided the Mgmt team at Ford of Monroeville WAS NOT going to be MY PROBLEM anymore ! I decided to Schedule the warranty work be performed at another local dealership! If a customer has to get to the GM just to make a service appointment on a 10day old veh,then the problems are much greater then the next buy/lease customer! AS long as the POOR policy That Ford of Monroeville has in place pretaining to the Serv Mgr being handcuffed and not having authorization for simple serv requests, The next customer will always suffer and is that the kind of issues you would want from your selling/servicing dealership? Do yourself a favor SPEND $$$ elsewhere, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY SERVICE ELSEWHERE! Joe More
I dealt with a sales associate named Eddie with my purchase of my new Escape and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. He took his time to find me the best deal possible and put me in the ex purchase of my new Escape and my experience was nothing short of spectacular. He took his time to find me the best deal possible and put me in the exact Escape I was looking for. I usually do not deal with the same dealership twice because I did not have a good experience with them but that was not the case here. I took his business card and told him I'll see him next year when my wife's lease is up on her car. Thanks again to Eddie and the entire staff that I interacted with and I look forward to doing business again with Ford of Monroeville. More

Buyers beware. This is an awful dealership. From not fixing my car and when I went in to see about a trade in the salesmen kept my keys and kept me there for over 3 hours. Process was straightforward and kept as simple as possible. Bob and the finance staff didn't play any games you might find at other dealers.
