Needed to have Inspection completed. Leased the 2017 Escape in October....10'2017. Should have had new sticker for inspection at time of lease since the one on windshield expired in Jan Leased the 2017 Escape in October....10'2017. Should have had new sticker for inspection at time of lease since the one on windshield expired in January. Was not told of early expiration date so have been driving since January with an expired sticker. Fortunately a neighbor notice it said 1 NOT 10. Made an appointment for Inspection and explained scenario and service department agreed to waive the fee for inspection. Thank you. More

Both times I dealt with salesman Eric Jones, who is very pleasant and knowledgeable about more than just Fords because of his prior sales background. This time, I think I got a fair trade-in price for my car (which needed new tires) without a whole lot of haggling. Day was able to resell it in under a week, so it was a win-win for everyone. More
