Service department poor communication. Did not fix issue next day engine light on again. 2 times less than 10k miles same issue still not fixed. I can't even begin to describe my disappointment with Ford of Monroeville. I was having transmission issues, took my van in, they had it for a month without communicating with me about what was wrong wit Ford of Monroeville. After leaving the parking lot I can tell that something was off, so it had two new issues with it instantly. I took it back 3 weeks later and they have had it now for over a month, no one has called to communicate with me. I just called and they said they're waiting on my warranty to be accepted, I called the warranty place and it has been accepted for over 3 weeks. So now I haven't had a vehicle for 2 months out of the year. I am self-employed electrician who is dependent to get my ladders materials from point A to point b. BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP IS SEVERELY UNETHICAL If I could give this dealership zero starts I would. I am not one to write reviews but this has to be said. I should have heeded the prior negative advice left on yelp but I made the mistake and took a chance. First of all financing dept is an absolute nightmare/mess I was told by my sales rep I was working with if I put $500 down on a car as a DEPOSIT it would ensure the car would be ready for pick up on the date that was agreed upon between the dealership and I (i live 4 hours away). The day before at 4:30pm I had contacted the same sales rep to ensure the sale was ready to go and I could pick it up the next day he stated everything was ready to go so I headed to the bank to get cash. An hour later I received a call from the used car manager Dave Stewart and was informed the car had been sold AFTER my deposit was placed and was assured it would be ready for pick up. This is the most unethical act of business that I have quite ever experienced. I highly recommend that no one EVER does business with this dealership, go to a more reputable and reliable company. They were severely unorganized through the entire process and extremely unprofessional. In the end I am fortunate it happened this way and didn't buy a car from this place- because of how sketchy it was to begin with. I would certainly not be surprised if they covered up damage or history of a car just to make a sale given their ridiculously unethical way of business. They are also KNOWN for bad experiences when it comes to actually servicing the vehicles they sell, just read the reviews... If you want to purchase a used vehicle here STAY AWAY!! More
