The only complaint I have is, I just bought a car 3 years ago and had a recall not long ago and then transimision clutch problem again and that’s unfortunate. When I looked the Ford Focus on line it said 39 percent with those cars, transmission problems. So hopefully this purchase will completely be as great as your employees. Hopefully you could offer me something for the stress. More

A couple of other dealerships with which we worked were commission-hawks - their sales staff liked talking to customers interested in the new, high-end models and were quick to bail on us). Since we have a modest income and 3 kids in college, we had to consider lease and pre-owned as well. This did not put Eric off at all, he just worked harder and eventually found us a great deal. We are considering buying another car there in fact, and we will recommend it to our friends and family. Today I no longer drive a rusted my 15 year-old white mini-van, I am cruising in my brand new Ford Escape - I feel as though I am driving a high-ed model.
