Always, friendly and generous to their customers. I feel they really get to know their customers...They will go into great detail to explain a situation with the customer and I very much so appreciate I feel they really get to know their customers...They will go into great detail to explain a situation with the customer and I very much so appreciate it. The staff...They are great! Most important part, is when I come in for a service appointment they understand I do not have the time to wait...they will arrange for me to have a loaner vehicle or a rental...this is something I greatly appreciate!!! There is a person I would like to say Thank You!!...Sean, I believe he is the head of the service department He has been very professional but also understand my needs as a customer! Also Thank You to Ed the Mechanic he always takes time to explain things to me and doesn't act as though he's better than me...he talks to me as if I am on the same level as him...I really enjoy that! "Quick Lane"? I can't rate the service, because I never got any. Twice I stopped at the 'Quick Lane' hoping to get an oil change. Each time I was told it would be I can't rate the service, because I never got any. Twice I stopped at the 'Quick Lane' hoping to get an oil change. Each time I was told it would be 4 or 5 hours before they could get to me. If you only take service by appointment, then please get rid of the Quick Lane sign. More
