Came in for a free oil change, ended up paying over $800 to change a bunch of needless fluids. Two days after the oil change the plug for my oil pan become dislodged disabling my vehicle and spraying oil ev to change a bunch of needless fluids. Cochran staff are great & understand me & my Jeep, Larry, best. It's possible to understand a complex vehicle, but owners are tough. I was told my wait time for service would be 45 minutes. It was only 25 minutes, my repair was made, my tire pressure was checked, and my truck was washed as well!
