James Wilson and Cochran Ford made my new car buying experience more pleasant than I expected. James was friendly and answered all of my questions. I did all my research on the Web. I looked at all the different SUV's that are made and decided to try a Ford Escape. Cochran had sale prices on their vehicles and that drew me in. I was amazed at all the extra's that came with my car buying experience that day. (I really did not want to give up my 2002 Ford Taurus, it only had 157,000+ miles on it and was hardly broken in...shout out to Ford Motor Company). Cochran was having a tent sale that day with Y108. We were offered free hot dogs or hamburgers and free drinks by Ryan Maritz, General Sales Manager. Ryan also fixed us up with a new t-shirt and my husband got a new ball cap. We also got a chance to win tickets to Learnerville Speed Way and a Nascar event. (this story gets better). James found the exact SUV I was looking at on the Web. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me more car than I said I wanted. The standard package on a 2014 Ford Escape is amazing. James was perceptive and kind enough to stop explaining the hands free cell phone use when my eyes began to glaze over. He gave me his cell phone number and said I could call him anytime or just come in and he would set up my hands free cell phone (I hate talking on the Phone). The one "bell and whistle" that I never thought of was a back up camera. You must drive a Ford Escape just to try out the camera, Amazing. I was also amazed at Cochran's free first oil change and lifetime free inspection (if nothing is wrong with the car) package that came with the new purchase. (yep, I bought a new 2014 Ford Escape). I don't think I forgot anything, wait...they washed my car and filled the gas tank before I drove away in my new SUV. I will only buy my next car from James Wilson at Cochran Allegheny Valley. We really enjoyed our experience at Cochran Ford. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named John Best who introduced us to Ryan Maritz with whom we had an appointment. Ryan made us feel very welcome at his dealership and we were soon shown vehicles in the lot and taken for a test drive. Cochran Ford had all of our information due to the work of Customer Service Rep. Ian Sharpley. My wife and I bought our new Ford Fiesta after only one visit and it was a wonderful sales experience . Our new car sparkled as we drove home thanks to the hard work of the Cochran Ford staff. Thank you all for treating us with dignity and respect during our car buying experience . More

I’m a guy who’s crazy about getting the best deal and learning the most about the specs of a car, so before I bought my Challenger, I looked over the Internet for hours and spoke to everyone I knew who k learning the most about the specs of a car, so before I bought my Challenger, I looked over the Internet for hours and spoke to everyone I knew who knows about cars, loans, and options. I went into the dealership with a “best case” scenario price in mind and got ready to battle over the price. Richard Brozack made all that work unnecessary. He knew his stuff and quickly got me a great deal beyond my original expectations, and he accomplished it in a way that made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. In one interaction he established with me trust and customer loyalty. There is a reason that he has become my car-loving dad’s and now my go-to guy for all future car purchases. Additionally, Bonnie Ostrowski was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable about the specs on my new car. She answered all my questions about my new car and provided me with tons of additional information that was really appreciated. She knew my car inside and out and was happy to tell me about it. More

The Cochran Ford employees seemed very genuine and sincere. This was true from the moment that I walked through the door. I visited the dealership today after having some email interactions with Rebecca Cartney,Customer Care Specialist over the last month or two. Rebecca guided me to the dealership based on my interest in a lease on a 2013 Town and Country. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Jason and Paul. They were both very friendly and moments later my son and I were in the lot with Jason looking at possible choices. Jason was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful and we debated the right van to choose. We left 2 short hours later with an awesome van and felt like we had made friends. My husband and I both work in the retail industry and realize how difficult it can be on a busy holiday weekend. I never felt rushed or that my questions were silly or not important. I noticed that the van's inspection would be up at the end of this month and Jason even offered to come to my workplace and get it to take care of that. That is what we call an "Extra mile" in my company. Thanks Jason for going the "Extra Mile"! We will be back to see Jason again in a few months as my son graduates from college to get him a new car.
