Tire Repair February decided I didn't have enough bad things happen to me and threw one more bad tire my way. I had my car towed back to the dealership where i re February decided I didn't have enough bad things happen to me and threw one more bad tire my way. I had my car towed back to the dealership where i received some conflicting information. I was first told that the tire would take a few days to come in. Then, I was told the tire would be in the following day. 4 days later, my husband went in with his dad to both express our frustration and to get my car. We couldn't afford to keep the rental much longer and ended up taking it to our local guy that we buy all of our tires from on an annual basis. The service center blamed the delay on both easy care and the distributor, but never themselves. I have three issues with these excuses: 1. You guys knew the car needed a tire one way or another, so stating that the tire couldn't be ordered until after easy care inspected it was ridiculous. 2. This dealership is one of the BIGGEST in western PA. How do you not keep plenty of these tires in stock?! Why can you not use a different brand if you are out? 3. People who know they are guilty are normally the first to point the finger at others. I truly think your policies need looked at and revised - I would hate to see this happen to someone else. From now on, when it comes to tires, I will go to my tire guy in town knowing that he knows how to handle EasyCare. I'm hoping other aspects of this service center aren't as rocky as this. More

I ended up with a second flat about two weeks after the first, and the treatment I received from the service c February has been a rough month for me. I ended up with a second flat about two weeks after the first, and the treatment I received from the service center was MUCH better this time around. I dealt with Darryl, and he was kind, courteous, and called me daily to give me an update as to where the repairs on my car stood. I feel much better coming back here. Thank you, Darryl! More

He was very busy the day I went in but didn’t forget about me he gave me the space to make the decision to close I had a great experience with Justin. He was very busy the day I went in but didn’t forget about me he gave me the space to make the decision to close the deal. I am very happy with the truck and the experience that I had there. I have already shared my experience there with friends and family and they are planning to go there. The only thing that I wish could have been done differently is on a loan to protect the vehicle good rubber mats should be provided in order to keep the interior in good shape during the term of your lease. Otherwise I am very happy and definitely would recommend #1 Cochran to friends and family. More

I would give this zero stars if I could All my car needed was a new tire. Laurel informed me on Friday that it would be done on Saturday and someone would be in touch. Saturday arrived, but All my car needed was a new tire. Laurel informed me on Friday that it would be done on Saturday and someone would be in touch. Saturday arrived, but no one called me. No one returned by 6 calls either. Each call was long before closing time too. Since I couldn’t be without my car for work, i passed by on Sunday with my husband to see if my car was outside. It was, so we took it home with our spare set of keys (tire was 100% covered by EasyCare). As I was driving to the dealer to pick up my keys first thing Monday morning before work, laurel calls me to tell me that my car is done and ready for pick up!!!! I get there, and she tries informing me that she received my message and tried calling at 1:45. I called her out for lying since I didn’t call for the first time until 2:23. Even then, why weren’t the other calls not returned? She couldn’t give me an answer. I left a message for the service manager requesting a call back to file a complaint. More
