Service department I got my brakes changed at Cochran today. Cost me over $700 for front and back brakes and rotors. There were coupons on the website but I didn’t know I got my brakes changed at Cochran today. Cost me over $700 for front and back brakes and rotors. There were coupons on the website but I didn’t know that you had print them out ahead of time. Once I paid I asked if I could bring the coupon in the next day to get the discount and they told me know that it’s absolutely crazy you so that you have sales on your website and you have to print a coupon for it. I didn’t know that so I didn’t get the discount I paid really high amount of money. Are used to go there all the time and Donnie was a service manager which is why I went back this time but he has since retired. Gone way downhill More

Recall work Worst service dept.ever. I wad told to be there at 8:15 am for a 15 minute recall on the airbag. At 10:15 am I was told it would be at least 30 to 40 Worst service dept.ever. This is the second car for the same recall and the second time this service department has taken hours to do the repair. More

Mike Mamula understood this, and I was able to complete 90% of my car buying via email and phone. Which meant no little fingers on every car! They made the experience easy, and quick. Mike was super knowledgeable about the car and able to answer each question I asked no matter how silly it was. He made sure when the car arrived at the dealership that I had picture sent to me asap so I could see the car. It was a great experience and I look forward to buying another from him when the time comes. More

Unresponsive to calls and extremely expensive service I bought a 2010 vehicle in 2017 from the #1 lot ( auction cars) Cost over 12 grand. Within months the alternator, water pump and transmission all had I bought a 2010 vehicle in 2017 from the #1 lot ( auction cars) Cost over 12 grand. Within months the alternator, water pump and transmission all had to be replaced. A month or so ago the engine blew and needed to be replaced.I called to complain and all I got was a run a round. They said I didn't know what I was talking about, I assume because I'm a women, but I already had it looked at from a qualified and trusted mechanic. They said that I would have to bring it in for THEIR mechanics to diagnose for a $120.00.charge. Thought that was ridiculous but I had the car towed from my mechanics to their service area and lo and be hold it was a blown engine!!! The cost to replace? $10, 860 plus tax !!!!!! But it's a new engine , I was told. Why would I want a new engine that would cost about as much as I paid for this 2010 car. Never did they tell me any alternative like maybe a rebuilt engine?. I told them I won't pay that and I would have the car towed BACK to my mechanic where I'll have an engine put in. Cost ? About $3000.00. I have been trying to get a hold of them to find out if the keys are still with the car and to pay the service charge. Called 3 different people, several times and STILL no one has returned my calls. I advise anyone NOT to get involved with this company, especially if you are a woman, as the manager BOB, treated me as if I were a xxxxx BEWARE More
