Unfortunately they know nothing of meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations. Not very professional. I submitted an edited Inquiry with confirmation of contract on a specific vehicle that they h exceeding customer expectations. Not very professional. I submitted an edited Inquiry with confirmation of contract on a specific vehicle that they had listed on Cars.com. Samantha responded and I honestly believe she has not been trained on how to go the extra step and read an inquiry which has been edited or with attachments. After I emailed several times a Sales Manager named Joe called, all of my contacts with this dealership had been via email, should be simple to interpret that was my preferred method of contact. I got ahold of the dealership and emailed Samantha more times requesting Joe to email me. His only voicemail he declared I was looking at the wrong vehicle for that price. I emailed in black and white their add with the car, exact mileage, make, model and advertised price. Next thing I know it is SOLD. Well know wonder, must have went to a friend or inside member as they ignored me completely. Never trust this outfit as they are cherry pickers. More
CAUTION: Inept service technicians. Took my 2017 Terrain in on 8/4/22 for a front end vibration issue. On 8/5/2022 was told it was the rear wheel bearings. Should have been $100 deduct Took my 2017 Terrain in on 8/4/22 for a front end vibration issue. On 8/5/2022 was told it was the rear wheel bearings. Should have been $100 deductible. Ended up being $360 because the mechanice could not get the sensor out of the hub. Was informed it HAD to be replaced, not covered under extended waranty on 08/09/2022. Arrived to pick it up, sound system is not working. Did not even pull it off the lot, went back on Wed 8/10/22 to complain. Mechanics looked at it again and diagnosed the radio had mysteriously "gone bad" and it would be another $100 deductible. After a tense phone call later the deductible was waived, good. Not really as the radio they ordered was lost in shipment with no expected date of delivery. Picked up the truck on 8/13/22, the bettery was dead. After an inept attempt to use a portable starting device, the vehicle finally started and the radio was working. Maechanic had no idea why. Driving the vehicle home I discovered the problem I paid $360 to remedy was still a problem! Did not fix what I took it in for, overcharged for parts I possibly did not need, almost charged for part I deffinately did not need, 10 days without my truck. Inept from begginging to end. More

Worst dealer I ever experienced. The mechanics are beyond horrible and no issues ever get resolved there. I bought a used "certified" truck in February. There was a leak in the fuel pump they couldn't find, horrible and no issues ever get resolved there. I bought a used "certified" truck in February. There was a leak in the fuel pump they couldn't find, I had to bring back 3 times, only for them to remove my check engine light. They broke 2 panels while servicing the interior, put a suspension sway bar on so tight that the bushing got crushed and ultimately failed and needed replaced in 2 months. There were slow leaks in the tires... I can go on. I strongly believe they know there is issues with the used vehicles they sell and just don't fix them and make the customer pay for it. Or if you get conned into their useless extra care warranty, it won't cover much. Maybe I am wrong about it, and the mechanics are sloppy and don't know what they are doing. Either way, I will never use their service or purchase a vehicle from them again. I spent over $3000 to get my truck to where it should have been when I purchased it. More

The same occurred eve We purchased a Buick Envision Avenir in June 2021. In November, we noticed a loud squeal while breaking as we left the garage. The same occurred every time we parked the car and backed out of a parking space. My wife took the car to the dealership and explained the problem. The service person whose name was Noah told her that it happened with some vehicles and that it could not be fixed. We were charged $44.08 to look at a clear noise on a vehicle with less than 4,800 miles. This was an unacceptable reply for me and I scheduled another appointment. I was told that it would not be covered under warranty, but I should use GM customer service which was a waste of time since they relied on dealership’s assessment to make its decision. Although not stated the message from the dealership is that you should learn to live with squealing brakes on your luxury vehicle that could wake the dead. At least whenever we have passengers and the squealing occurs we get to tell the story of what a mistake it was to purchase this car and what a huge mistake it was to buy from Cochran. More
Unfortunately, my experience was a little sour and I’d caution you from using this dealership. I needed to replace my car because it was unsafe to drive. I was completely transparent with the salesman abo caution you from using this dealership. I needed to replace my car because it was unsafe to drive. I was completely transparent with the salesman about my situation. I looked at several used models and ultimately decided on a specific model. I found it odd that the car I selected was $1800 more than another vehicle on the lot that was the same year/model, had a similar trim package, and the miles were only different by 2000. The only major difference was that the car I liked was a different color. When questioned about this, I was told that the less expensive vehicle had MORE work put into it and was in an accident and that is why it was less money (basically it’s desirably being low). Now, the dealership will tell you that all of their used cars go through a 201 point inspection and they fix whatever doesn’t pass the inspection. Both of these vehicles went through the inspection and received whatever upgrades they needed to pass. Therefore, in my opinion, they are identical in quality. Back to my point, after the inspection and corrections, both of these vehicles are similar so why aren’t they priced the same? Unfortunately for me, the dealer would not match the lower price, and really, the only difference was the color of the car. I needed a car so I wasn’t going to leave without buying, and I found the car that appealed to me inside and out. It just stings that there was no specific reason to gouge me on price. One last thing, you will be told that the prices of the used vehicles are set in stone. This is not entirely true because they are reduced over time and advertised as reduced on the website. Again, this just goes to show that they had room to work with me on price but chose not to. To a degree, I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my circumstances and the dealer was not reasonable with me in terms of pricing. More
I brought my 2016 GMC perfectly operating truck in for oil change and to check other 20,000 mile items. I drove it home and brakes started dragging/squirming. The next day I had to replace front brakes at oil change and to check other 20,000 mile items. I drove it home and brakes started dragging/squirming. The next day I had to replace front brakes at my local service center. I wonder what your mechanics did to cause problems with my front brakes!! Shame, shame. Not happy about this inside this incident. More
