Diagnosed the problem with my 2015 GMC Yukon! I am working in the area from out-of-state and had taken my vehicle to another dealership closer to work. The diagnosis they gave did not make since I am working in the area from out-of-state and had taken my vehicle to another dealership closer to work. The diagnosis they gave did not make since according to the "symptoms" and that fix was expensive. So I called #1 Cochran and made an appointment for a second opinion. They got it in the next day and found the "root" of the problem quickly...and this actual fix was way less expensive than the one that wouldn't have fixed it. Thanks Don!! More

Excellent Customer Service Always give me good customer service. I like being able to call him directly and he always returns my calls in a timely manner. He also always knows what my car needs and gets me in and out in a timely way. I drop my car off, he takes charge, I get in the van and go to work, come back around lunch (courtesy van again), pick up my car, pay my bill and drive back to work. The van makes it so convenient for me to drop off my car. I don't really have anyone who could drop me off as conveniently and it is a great benefit to be able to get a ride locally to work or to the shopping center and not have to bother anyone for a favor (ride) and not have to sit there and wait for my car. Please don't ever get rid of the van or Don Seaton!!!! The only thing that could be better is if the service was free and you had a breakfast or lunch buffet, LOL! Loyal customer for 17 years!!! More
