My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. We had a trade and purchased a new vehicle. My wife and I were welcomed and treated very well when we arrived at the dealer's Robinson Buick/GMC showroom. We were interested in a certified used 2007 Buick Rendezvous SUV I had found on the dealer's web arrived at the dealer's Robinson Buick/GMC showroom. We were interested in a certified used 2007 Buick Rendezvous SUV I had found on the dealer's website. The vehicle was in excellent condition. After a test drive and saying we'd purchase the vehicle, I returned the next day to complete the purchase and bring the SUV home. Throughout the entire process, #1 Cochran's customer service was excellent. Our salesman, Michael Webster, answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the features of the vehicle and the certified vehicle warranty. Pricing of the vehicle and our trade-in were very fair. I expect to return to #1 Cochran for our next vehicle purchase, and highly recommend them. We went to look at a 2011 GMC Acadia I found online. We had them work up a price for us that was just a very low ball price on our trade-in since we had already been offered a lot more for it. After being in the dealership for a little over 2 hours we finally had the deal we were looking for but by then we were kind of frustrated. I will say though that after we left and got ourselves re-grouped we called them back and purchased the vehicle and they even got us a great interest rate. We had very friendly and polite salesmen and finance representative. They all could not have been nicer and more helpful and so far we love the vehicle. So I guess the only negative is they should have come out with their best deal first and not played around for 2 hours of our time. I would recommend them and consider purchasing from the again in the future More

I have thought about switching to a different gmc service dealer in the past because I wasn't happy with the service guy (Rich) I had before I got referred to Don but, I have no desire to switch after dealing with Don. My Yukon is in good hands!!!!!! More
I have been buying cars from #1 Cochran in Robinson for years. I also get my cars serviced there. The reason that I am so loyal to this dealership is because they are wonderful! I never have to deal wit years. I also get my cars serviced there. The reason that I am so loyal to this dealership is because they are wonderful! I never have to deal with uncomfortable haggling over prices. I never have to worry about price gouging or someone trying to push unnecessary services on me. When any of my cars have had to have anything fixed, it has only taken one visit, and the problem was resolved. In addition to that, I can drop my car off in the morning, and they will shuttle me to work, and they'll pick me up after work if I need them to. I have worked with many of their staff over the years, and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. Thanks so much. More
I took my vehicle in for service due to a check engine light being on. When Don called me to inform me of what the issue was, he was very short,loud and mummbled the words very quickly. I had no idea what he was saying was the problem and had to ask him to repeat himself severl times. He seemed irritated by this but quickly spit out the same information again. I understood the price he was telling me but had absolutely NO idea what I was about to pay over $400 to fix. This was very frustrating. I think in general, if someone is about to pay a significant amount of money to get their vehicle fixed, they would like to know exactly what it is that they are going to be paying for. Additionally, every time I have gone to Cochran of Robinson, which is several times, they have always done a courtesy car was and one was not done this time. I guess I have come to expect that so it was a little disappointing to already have been frustrated by our telephone conversation and then to pick up a really dirty car with dirty fingerprints on the inside of the drivers side door on the beige leather. It came off easily but I just was not impressed with this visit. More
