This was the worst experience my partner and I have had at a dealership. The salesperson did not work with us and we were never provided any information on our trade in, or anything that would have further at a dealership. We have purchased 2 vehicles through #1 Cochran in the past 2 years and thought our experience would be the same as previous experiences. This by far was in no comparison. We stopped in to ask about leasing options and purchasing options, the salesperson did not give us any options nor were we even asked if we would had a down payment. Tis was the most odd experience at a dealership as we felt our business was not welcome. The staff was in my opinion rude and did not seem to be interested in selling a vehicle. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. It truly is a shame as our past experience with #1 Cochran has been excellent, unfortunately this dealership did not provide the service we have become accustomed to with #1 Cochran. More

Rob Coleman in the GMC service department couldn't have been any more accommodating. I went to the dealership with my 2 small children . They were running behind and it was going to take longer than expect been any more accommodating. I went to the dealership with my 2 small children . They were running behind and it was going to take longer than expected for my oil change. He had me and my children dropped off @ Settler's Ridge while they serviced my yukon XL. Rob took his time explaining to me everything that was done on my car (routine maintenance), walked me out to my car, showed me how to use the computer system, followed by having my car washed!
