Service desk personnel My first impression when driving up to your facility is a satisfying one. Your facility is bright and new looking and the door automatically opened My first impression when driving up to your facility is a satisfying one. Your facility is bright and new looking and the door automatically opened so I could enter the service bay upon my arrival. Once inside My fiancé and I got out of our vehicle and headed into your service intake area. This is where I became less impressed. Once inside the reception Intake area I observed two gentlemen in front of two computer screens. One of the employees was interacting with the only other customer that was inside the intake area with us. No one acknowledged my fiancé and I in anyway for approximately two to three minutes. Finally one of the gentleman looks up and ask me “ what do you need?” I replied saying that I am your 11 o’clock appointment. I was asked for my phone number which I immediately gave to the employee.. the employee seemed to be having some issues with locating my appointment .He then asked me if I had ever been there before and I replied saying yes, I have had my new Escalade here for service not long ago. He said well I’m going to have to enter your information into the system and I need to see your registration card and insurance. This was surprising to me since the appointment verification I received through my GMC phone app included my name, current address, Vin number of the vehicle, current phone number and etc. I feel that your employee should’ve been able to view my appointment, VIN number and the reason for my visit without me having to go back out to the vehicle and retrieve my documents. Once I gave the employee my registration and insurance card he again asked me in an irritated tone , “what do you need?” I told the employee that I was there for an oil change and I also wanted someone to check my CV joint if possible because it seems to be making some noise. The employee replied saying that our oil technician guys are like a minute lube oil change businesses; they just change oil and don’t look at anything else; he offered me no other options to have my CV axle looked at . I later asked the employee is there a better way for me to schedule an appointment with you in the future so that you know why I am here? He then told me that my information was in his system but he has so many things that come across your screen that he doesn’t have time to look at them all day. I just feel that I was treated like I was a bother to your service staff and my doing business with your company was not appreciated. My name is John Taylor More
