Best car buying experience I’ve had in dealing with car salesmen. Jim was very straight forward and no sales pressure. The service on my Saab 9-3 was satisfactory, but that is about the only thing that was. Those who I talked to were very unfriendly and the prices are just ridiculous. $199 for a new battery and $144 for a about the only thing that was. A simple Google search revealed that I far overpaid for both items. I only did so because my car was no functional and had to be towed to #1 Cochran. $369 for the labor too? I know the old saying that you will always overpay for service at a dealership, but this is over the line. Another note, no paper floor mats must have been put down because the floor mats were extremely dirty from mud. While I am happy to back up and running, I would certainly have chosen somewhere else for service if given the chance. More

I was treated with the upmost repect that there could be. I was not pushed into purchasing my honda. When I was driving it everything on it was explained. We talked about the maintance and the type of oil, my trade in value and overall what a good car I would be getting. I was not planning on purchasing a car that day. Although I was on the hunt for one for the last 3 months. When talking to Ken, I made my mind up I was getting this car. Dealing with my hardship with my chronically ill child is bad enough and to worry if my van was going to make another trip to Pitts. and make it. Now I know that I have him in a safe car that is going to be reliable. Not to mention that Ken worked the numbers to the way that I needed them to be. This was the best dealer, and dealership that I have ever dealt with my entire life. I now brag to all my friends about how well you did for me. In May, I will be getting married and my new husband will be needing a truck. I am sure to bring him to your dealership first and we will be looking for Ken to sell it to him.
