My wife and I purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia on May 2nd and the vehicle was not on the lot. We knew that it may be a few days until the vehicle arrived however, it did not arrive until two weeks later. Mike kept us update on the delivery date status and threw in several accessories to make up for the inconvience of the unexpected late delivery. Mike also had our vehicle delivered to our home so that we did not have to be inconvenienced and make another trip to the dealership.
