Friday afternoon we noticed oil dripping from the front of the engine. I was given a Monday morning appointment. Brought our 2007 Envoy in to have the factory installed DVD player repaired because the picture intermittently went out. They could not replicate the problem and said there was nothing else they could do. DVD player repaired because the picture intermittently went out. They could not replicate the problem and said there was nothing else they could do. When asked if they could check for a loose connection Roy said it would take 5 hours to take the headliner down. So nothing was done. I asked them to leave the keys in the car for a late pick up & when I arrived there were no keys in the vehicle. He told me it was normal that if the screen was tilted when playing that the picture would go out (not correct). Took it to T.C. Customized who replaced the wires that were stripped from opening & closing the screen. Paid for 2 hours of labor (not 5) and the screen can be tilted at different angles again without the picture going out. More
Service and friendliness was very good but my alignment has not left me with a straight steering wheel. One issue, a bad squeak in front passenger, side has been diagnosed as a probable control arm bushin has not left me with a straight steering wheel. One issue, a bad squeak in front passenger, side has been diagnosed as a probable control arm bushing gone bad. I had this issue examined last fall and it was diagnosed as a squeak in the windshield for which a had made multiple visits (8) to the installer for two windshields, which of course has not solved the squeak. Hopefully once the control arm replacement arrives and is installed both the squeak and a straight steering wheel can be had so I can update this review to excellent all around. More

Although I have always been satisfied with my experiences with Cochran Automotive and will continue to use them, my most recent experience shows a little lack of attention. The mechanical work was thorough a with Cochran Automotive and will continue to use them, my most recent experience shows a little lack of attention. The mechanical work was thorough and complete, I was called to pick up my car and was told it was ready to go. I questioned as to whether it would be washed upon completion and was assured that all cars were washed prior to leaving the service department, alas, when I picked it up it was not washed. I mentioned this to the gentleman, who was not the same person I left the car with, and he immediately drove it through the car wash. I was left with a dripping wet car to drive home. Needless to say the car looked as if it wasn't washed at all upon my arrival home. Just a small thing, but never-the-less... More

I was in need of a new car badly, and had never gone to a dealership to buy new. Dave was very helpful and accommodating. He made me relaxed through the whole process and explained most things. I have never dealership to buy new. Dave was very helpful and accommodating. He made me relaxed through the whole process and explained most things. I have never bought or leased a new car before so I don't know if the process always takes a long time, but I feel that was the only draw-back. I was there from 9:30am to 1:45pm.
