I did not purchase my Yukon at this dealer but going home from work the serpentine belt broke causing me to lose my steering and the battery indicator to come on. I was luckily only a half mile from this dealer and was able to get intotheir lot. It was after 6:00 PM and there was only service reps there at the time. The rep took my information quickly and told me that he could not promise it would be donethe next day because of thework load. The next day, I called at 4:00 PM to see if they had a chance to at least look at it. I was told that they were working on it and that they would call me in about 30 minutes. They called back as stated and told me it was done. They did look at other possible issues and only mentioned one that I was already aware of but they did not push the issue. The price was competitive. All in all I was happy with the service I received. The only problem I had with the whole experience was they asked me for my advisor when I called and I had not been given that information whenI turned the car in. This was a little troubling on the call at first. More
I came in to get recall service on my 09CTS and drove home a new 2012CTS. My experience was obviously very pleasant. I only have one complaint and thats with Cadillac. It doesn't nmake sense that my friend is able to play music via flash drive in a Hundai and you must buy the premium sound system in a Cadillac to be compatible. Cadillac's solution is to buy an MP3 player to interface the car's radio. unthinkable for a Caddy. Please pass this on to GM. I took my peowned chevy astro van into #1 Cochran 11-22-2011 @ 8am. My vehicle had a HVAC problem Ed Hickman took my information and within 2 minutes my vehicle was in the shop !By 08:25 Ed found me 11-22-2011 @ 8am. My vehicle had a HVAC problem Ed Hickman took my information and within 2 minutes my vehicle was in the shop !By 08:25 Ed found me and told me what the problem was and how long it would take to fix. At approx 09:40 I was pulling out with my Van. I'm sorry I do not know who did the work on my vehicle but thank him/her for me please. Ed gave OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF Ed ! After several months of searching for a new vehicle to purchase, I finally found a dealership that would work with me. My husband and I do not have the best credit due to the fact that he fell ill severa purchase, I finally found a dealership that would work with me. My husband and I do not have the best credit due to the fact that he fell ill several years before and lost his job. Because of our credit being subpar, I was getting the run around by everyone. Finally, as a last resort, I called Cochran. Warren Babish and Kenyetta Jones were fabulous! They were great to work with, very personalbe. Believe me, thats alot coming from me. My 2008 SAAB 9.7x was scheduled for the Auto Butler Service, of which I have no complaint. However, since new there has been an occasional noise best described as a mild banging type of noise, coming Service, of which I have no complaint. However, since new there has been an occasional noise best described as a mild banging type of noise, coming from what sounded like the front end. I specifically scheduled a maintenance check of the noise today prior to the Auto Butler service and was scheduled for a 7:30 AM Maintenance visit with Jim Stickel and a 10:30 AM appointment with Auto Butler. At 9:45 I was told by Mr. Stickel that my car was done and no sound was heard after it was driven 6 miles and nothing could be found. After expressing my disappointment, I left the maintenance area and drove around the building and heard the sound several times. I saw Mr. Stickel who had a mechanic named Mike go with me and he heard it several times as well. We returned and the mechanic told Mr. Stickel what he had heard. I was then told by Mr. Stickel that it would take hours and multiple driving tests to see if they could find and then fix the noise and the earliest I could get my car into the shop was 2:00 PM. I ended up rescheduling for another day since I live 70 miles from the dealership. What ever happened to getting the customer involved with some troubleshooting since in this case would have been benefiscial and cost effective, especially to me. At this time I sincerely doubt if I would recommend Saab or this dealer to anyone. Respectfully, Ronald A. Stombaugh More
