I brought my vehicle in for a new headlight and to fix my washer nossel. I asked if they could check my alignment and balance of my tires. It would have been nice if they would have informed me about the length of time it would take to get these items completed. It caused me to miss critical meetings at work and I probably would not have had them do all of the procedures. To say the least I wasn't very happy when I left, but I like the dealership and would consider buying a car from them in the furture. More
