Pretty good experience. Kept informed by salesperson, Jim Powers. However, the finance person that took payment check did not introduce himself. Believe he may have been stressed out. A tire was slit on car and salesperson took care of it right away. Was assured that new tire would be ordered and I would be notified when tire came in. My overall experience was good. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran to any one in the market to purchase a car. More

Had two cars in for service. 2009 Saturn for warranty work and 2004 Saturn for state inspection. Service consultants kept us informed of progress on both cars. This was my 1st encounter with Cochran service, and it was a far better experience than BMW of Monroeville. Sure, it helped that everything was covered under warranty, but didn't know that until the en was a far better experience than BMW of Monroeville. From start to finish they (Craig in service specifically) were very professional, polite, and considerate of my time - making my time there as short as possible.
