I waited about 10 mins if that and Richard came over and introduced himself. He asked what I was looking for and we got straight to it. I completed my paperwork and I had to leave but he said I would hear back from him Monday. Just as he said he called me Monday morning and said he had some vehicles to show me and I can definitely leave with a car. My credit was not the greatest so I didn’t wanna get my hopes up. I left Monday afternoon with a vehicle!! The attentiveness and customer service from Richard was exceptional!!! More

Very high service cost, learned my lesson. I brought my 2012 Buick LaCrosse in for repair of the belt tensioner, belt and a required transmission fluid replacement. I mistakenly thought the be I brought my 2012 Buick LaCrosse in for repair of the belt tensioner, belt and a required transmission fluid replacement. I mistakenly thought the belt tensioner would be covered under my Easy Care warranty, it wasn't. Even though pulleys are mentioned as a covered expense, under the plan it is not covered because it is not an internal, lubricated pulley. Total cost was $868.97. $348.97 for parts and $520.00 for labor this includes $116.00 for identifying the problem - stuck tensioner pulley burned belt and it needed a new bolt. As per my owners manual's required service I had the transmission fluid flushed. Total cost was $256.23. $141.31 for parts, which included $103.56 for transmission fluid and $114.92 for labor. I believe this kind of transmission flush might be dealer exclusive, special systems and such. I don't believe the transmission has a plug or removable pan anymore. Anyway, I'm OK with this except for the cost of the extra special transmission fluid at $103.56. Total cost was $1226.93, that includes $80.27 for tax and $21.46 for "Customer Pay SVC Mat & Supply for repair work" - I don't know what this is - maybe it's that piece of paper they put on the driver's side floor to keep it from getting dirty. I used to always take my cars to the dealer shop and although I might have paid a little more, I was always assured of a timely and quality repair. But, this cost is too much. I've learned my lesson, I'll take the car in to see if Easy Care will cover the cost and get an estimate. If both are negative, then I'll pay the diagnostic fee and take it someplace else. I always liked Cochran, I just bought another car from them earlier this year, but I have to look out for myself. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Vince More
