It wasn't just that the service took longer it was the fact that when Luke went back to check on my truck he acted like it was in the service bay and they were working on it when in fact it was sitting out in the parking lot. I got out all my service records and my truck was there 3 different times over the 6 years I've owned it for the check engine light. Two times you have replaced the same oxygen emission sensor both times I had to bring it back twice. From what I read online this is a common problem on your trucks. If your service people would have looked at their service records they may have been able to diagnose this very quickly, besides the fact that I had a7:30 am appointment and my truck was the second or third car in your service dept. that morning only to be told you didn't even look at it till 11:00 am . Then to pull it out to do an oil change seems like a very bad service practice to me. I don't know what you can do for me now my check engine light is still on and I will have to find another shop to fix the problem. Leslie Ozer, I responded to your e-mail and you never got back to me so I guess you weren't serious about trying to rectify your lack of service. I took my truck to Wright GMC and they fixed the problem in less than 5 hours. I now know where I will go for future service and which dealership I will recommend.
