Took my Hummer H3 in for check engine light. Heard back within a few hours that I needed major engine work. They rescheduled my vehicle while they ordered the part. Walked in dropped of my vehicle, hoppe within a few hours that I needed major engine work. They rescheduled my vehicle while they ordered the part. Walked in dropped of my vehicle, hopped in my loaner(Cadillac!!) and they had my h3 back in a day. GM covered under warranty. Mr. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with, no hassle, very friendly. Will be having all service work done here from now on. More

Darla and Ed helped in every way possible. They told me exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to be ready. When we left the dealership with the car we had to go back due to another issue with exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to be ready. Leased a 2008 Cadillac SRX in Jun 2008 and just turned it in for a 2012 Cadillac CTS4 and was very pleased with the way the transactions were conducted in both instances by the Cochran Cadillac staff. I did not purchase my Yukon at this dealer but going home from work the serpentine belt broke causing me to lose my steering and the battery indicator to come on. I was luckily only a half mile from this dealer and was able to get intotheir lot. It was after 6:00 PM and there was only service reps there at the time. The rep took my information quickly and told me that he could not promise it would be donethe next day because of thework load. The next day, I called at 4:00 PM to see if they had a chance to at least look at it. I was told that they were working on it and that they would call me in about 30 minutes. They called back as stated and told me it was done. They did look at other possible issues and only mentioned one that I was already aware of but they did not push the issue. The price was competitive. All in all I was happy with the service I received. The only problem I had with the whole experience was they asked me for my advisor when I called and I had not been given that information whenI turned the car in. This was a little troubling on the call at first. More
I came in to get recall service on my 09CTS and drove home a new 2012CTS. My experience was obviously very pleasant. I only have one complaint and thats with Cadillac. It doesn't nmake sense that my friend is able to play music via flash drive in a Hundai and you must buy the premium sound system in a Cadillac to be compatible. Cadillac's solution is to buy an MP3 player to interface the car's radio. unthinkable for a Caddy. Please pass this on to GM.
