We can not say enough how incredibly impressed and satisfied we are with the service we received from #1 Cochran and salesman, Rick Bauer. Our credit is very iffy and we were concerned that IF we got satisfied we are with the service we received from #1 Cochran and salesman, Rick Bauer. Our credit is very iffy and we were concerned that IF we got financed, the end result would be a car that would maybe last us a couple years until we could get our credit back on track. Rick was genuinely kind to us from the start. Never at any time did we feel we were being judged for our credit standing or forced into buying something we didn't want. One thing we very much appreciated was that they checked for financing first. Other dealers will let you fall in love with a car first only to tell you that you can't get it. Rick and the business manager worked very hard to find us a bank to work with and we were pleased that it was a bank that is familiar and very reputable. When it came time to finding a car, we were shocked that we were able to get one as nice as we did. It is only 2 years old and has only 17,500 miles on it. We never thought we'd be able to find such a great car especially for an even greater price. Rick and his co-workers were so kind, respectful and patient with us. I never felt pressured or judged as has happened at other dealers in the past. We know they worked very hard to get us into our wonderful car and we can not even begin to express in words our appreciation. We have always had a good experience with John Salmon in the service department. He always keeps us updated on the progress of my repairs and makes sure I get a rental from Enterprise. I was extremely pleased with Cochran due to the professionalism of their alternative credit department. I was turned down at one other large dealership in Pittsburgh (really dismissed out of hand b professionalism of their alternative credit department. I was turned down at one other large dealership in Pittsburgh (really dismissed out of hand by Kenny Ross), however at Cochran the credit department went to great efforts to obtain my financing. Mr. Babish circulated my loan in round one and no one picked it up. He then advised me to raise the downpayment and hold off until he could reach out to a banker in Houston that he had a good relationship with. And while this was all going on he personally went to the South Hills dealership to take possession of the car that I was looking to buy and took it off the market until he could secure my financing, which he did within two weeks. Simply incredible service....having had a Cochran experience it is easy to understand their success....I highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing an automobile. More

This was our best car-buying experience ever. Bill was extremely patient and really took the time to help us find the best car for our needs.
