This was my 1st encounter with Cochran service, and it was a far better experience than BMW of Monroeville. Sure, it helped that everything was covered under warranty, but didn't know that until the en was a far better experience than BMW of Monroeville. He was extremely helpful, but not overbearing, he made suggestions, but didn’t talk down to me, definitely someone you should talk to if you are buying a new car from Cochran. I am usually pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features, and at many dealerships they try to show you some of the features or even explain things wrong, this did not happen at Cochran. I explained that I knew how to use most of the features and if I had a question I would ask, Dave was really respectful of the fact that I was familiar with a lot of the vehicle’s features. I would not hesitate to return for a new or certified used car purchase in the future! More
