Shawn was great -- he didn't come on too strong but was very knowledgable. We weren't even planning on buying that day, rather doing research. My 2010 Buick La Cross was seen at #1 Cochran for an oil change and reapplication of the Auto Butler protective coat. On both occasions, my car was ready when promised. The only issue I had with service at cochran was the enterprise car rental. I reserved a car to use to get to work while my car was being repaired. There was no car available to me and I had to use th enterprise car rental. I reserved a car to use to get to work while my car was being repaired. There was no car available to me and I had to use the courtesy shuttle to get to work, which made me 45 minutes late for work. I had to scramble to get a ride back to cochran to pickup my car after work, because the courtesy shuttle only runs until 4 pm and I work until 5 pm. They should get a new car rental company to deal with the service department. The enterprise staff was congregated in the office with the door closed. I waited outside because I thought they were customers. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. I realized they were employees when I saw them sitting in the customer chairs playing on their cell phones. The next time I have to bring my car for service I will take a vacation day and wait for it since the car rental department is not dependable. More
