My wife's vehicle was at the dealership for service and I started to look at new cars as an option instead of paying for the repair since it was out of warranty. Our salesperson was great. He was not overbearing and did not rush us through the process. He answered all of our questions took time to go over the standard features as well as options of the make/models we decided to look at. We were in the door and had keys to a new vehicle in about three hours with no pressure and a very good deal on the trade. More
John has replaced a new console with a damage used console against my decision. They have caused additional damage to my car and were going to correct the damage they caused. Then when requested I would rather have a different dealership fix the damage they caused to my car. They now have change their decision and said that I brought the car in with those damages. That is not true. If the carpet was damaged and the leather console box was damaged they would have noted it and brought it to my attention. They caused the damaged when the replaced the brand new lower console with the used damage console. They damage carpet when the did the work for which I intially brought the car in for service. They have been totally untrustworthy and dishonest. If they truly believed that they had not caused the additional damage why then did they not say that when I showed it to them. Why did they agree to repair. The also tried to have me agree to a fraudentlent repair of the right rear caliper.They stated it was stuck. When I came to pick up the car I had a mechanic test the caliper both manually and hydraulic function and the caliper did stick. If the caliper had been stuck the breaks woould have been overheating and the rotor and the break pads would have an irregular wear pattern. The car would also be pulling to the opposite side. I submitted an online credit app. Justin called me and said that they would like me to come in and pick a car, that I was approved. I did exactly that but the experience was bad. Justin told me that it wa said that they would like me to come in and pick a car, that I was approved. I did exactly that but the experience was bad. Justin told me that it was all set up and to speak to either Sissy or Scott. Sissy was not in and Scott immediately switched me to Dave. No one was really interested in helping me and even acted like it was a bother to them to help me. Then Dave said that he could not find the credit app that I submitted to Justin. So he had me fill a new one out. Warren stepped in and said that he ran mine the other day ( he only looked at my score and NEVER ran the app - then Dave said sorry we can't help you. This was a very embarrassing experience and humiliating experience. If this is they way you treat potential buyers then I will NEVER darken your doors again, and will never recommend your dealerships to anyone, and I meet and see a lot of people. Not even giving me a say so or even asking what my needs and wants were in the vehicle I would be working very hard to pay for and hopefully enjoy driving!! When I came to #1 Cochran, Richard Brozack worked with me and I must say, he is truly amazing! He was extremely courteous and helpful with every step of the process!! He definietely went above and beyond to make sure that my every need and concern was 110% met and satisified!! And then some! He told me he would have me in the car I wanted today and he did! I would definitely recommend him to Everyone looking to buy a car! You wont find more courteous and trustworthy service from anyone than I did with Richard Brozack! My overall experience there was a very pleasant one! I even got to meet with the managers as well as other staff! They truly work as a team! I brought my 2012 Buick Lacrosse in to have the interior door handle fixed and to have them look at a noise the engine was making. Despite having the incorrect part shipped, Carmen stayed in constant contac door handle fixed and to have them look at a noise the engine was making. Despite having the incorrect part shipped, Carmen stayed in constant contact and was upfront with what was going on. I really respected that having dealt with other dealerships that attempt to brush things like that under the rug. I will definitely return to #1 Cochran for future car purchases because of the service received. More

In my opinion Mr. Vince Palmeri should be "training" salesman!! When we purchased our first car from him some ten years ago I thought he must have just been having a good day....he was terri "training" salesman!! When we purchased our first car from him some ten years ago I thought he must have just been having a good day....he was terriffic!! However ten years and about five cars later we have learned that the man we met that day was who he truly was. He was honest, informative, knowledgeable and never never pushy! He gave us every bit of info about each purchase that we needed to know as well as all financing options available to us. As a consumer making a major purchase we come somewhat skeptical due to rumors that follow salesmen in general. Mr. Palmeri has erased every doubt we ever had regarding car salesmen. I have reccomended him to my parents, siblings, children and grandchildren!! There is no "buyer beware" when dealing with him. He is always upfront about everything answering all our questions and when we make a purchase from him we know we have gotten the best deal that any dealership could offer!! We have always been treated with total respect from him as well as those in the service department. All follow up appointments are timely and informative never pushing unneeded services. The service from Mr. Palmeri doesn't end with the sale...he is always available by phone or in person to answer any questions that may arise whether it is two weeks or two months after the sale. Bob Shaw was extremely helpful in selecting a car to match my requirements, but especially in matching my price needs. He answered all my questions about new features that I was not familiar with from match my requirements, but especially in matching my price needs.
