When I make my appts they are in line with the time I plan on waiting. James Thomas always keeps me updated and explains what needs to be done (if needed) The only thing with the waiting room is having plan on waiting. Overall the service in general at the Buick - Cadillac - GMC dealership is OK. I can't say customer service is bad but it could be better. Basically, there is a huge difference in the overall experience between the old Saturn service department and the Buick - Cadiallac - GMC service department. Saturn was just friendlier with better explanations, I did not have to worry about going over the car before driving home to look for thinks like missing caps on tires and things like that. It think I got spoiled picking up the car washed and cleaned and not having to worry about the little details when I was able to pick up the car from Saturn. It just is not like that anymore. More

I spoke to a gentleman name Andrew of Monroeville GMC. He gave me the phone number to roadside assistant and made a reservation for my tire to be look at the next day as they were towing my car that day. My brother who was off work that day stay at the house and waited for my Terrain to get towed. I had a slow leak and wanted it to be check before I moved it. Once GMC would look at it I know that they would be honest and fair and telling me the details. They was. Excellent service with a smile I must say when I told my wife that everything is good. Brand new Cadillac CTS V. Bought 3 months ago, 2700 miles. The car was taken in for it's first oil change and was left overnight. The car was left outside overnight in a hail storm and is now ruined. miles. The car was taken in for it's first oil change and was left overnight. I was told there was nothing the dealership could/would do and to call my insurance.
