My 2010 Buick La Cross was seen at #1 Cochran for an oil change and reapplication of the Auto Butler protective coat. On both occasions, my car was ready when promised. Ed greeted me when I came to pick up change and reapplication of the Auto Butler protective coat. On both occasions, my car was ready when promised. Ed greeted me when I came to pick up my car. The only issue I had with service at cochran was the enterprise car rental. I reserved a car to use to get to work while my car was being repaired. There was no car available to me and I had to use th enterprise car rental. I reserved a car to use to get to work while my car was being repaired. There was no car available to me and I had to use the courtesy shuttle to get to work, which made me 45 minutes late for work. I had to scramble to get a ride back to cochran to pickup my car after work, because the courtesy shuttle only runs until 4 pm and I work until 5 pm. They should get a new car rental company to deal with the service department. The enterprise staff was congregated in the office with the door closed. I waited outside because I thought they were customers. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. I realized they were employees when I saw them sitting in the customer chairs playing on their cell phones. The next time I have to bring my car for service I will take a vacation day and wait for it since the car rental department is not dependable. More

Unfortuantely, I've had a very challenging experience with #1 Cochran since I began the sales process. When I purchased the Escalade, the rear windshield wiper was not put on the vehicle. Subsequently, t with #1 Cochran since I began the sales process. When I purchased the Escalade, the rear windshield wiper was not put on the vehicle. Subsequently, the rear glass was scratched when the wiper was turned on. It took over 6 weeks to order the replacement windshield. When I brought the vehicle in for service, the service department realized the wrong windshield was ordered. In addition to ordering the wrong windshield, they never replaced the rear emblem casing which was supposed to be apart of the work order. The work order remains open without a definite completion date. More
