Terrible customer service. Repeatedly treated like an inconvenience even after we made a huge purchase. No follow through. Even after they dropped the ball and were at fault for the paperwork not being complete, we were still treated as though we were a huge bother. Have never had such a terrible experience until now with car buying Highly disappointed in our overall experience. Wouldnt recommend this dealership. Finance managers were arrogant and rude. More
I was given a quote on jan 3,2014 and returned to look at a ats curtosiy car upon arrival the quote increased. I have chosen to lease the vehicle and am having buyers remorse. I was told this vehicle was cleaned and serviced. iT WAS NOT. I had made two attempts to talk to some one in service regarding how to work this car and also what fuel is used.they told me they were to busy and I would have to call back. GREAT customer service. I was told buy the sales person that you use regular unleaded as I open the gas tank lid it say premium fuel. I also have a tear in the console that I was told it was fixed ,it is not. I went to baierl cadilliac to learn how to use the controls. They have told me that I need to have the car serviced because the tire monitors were not working. I took the my 2007 Hyundai Sonata there because the engine light came on and stayed on. After testing they found a sticking oil valve and replaced it it with a new one. They also took care of the reca engine light came on and stayed on. After testing they found a sticking oil valve and replaced it it with a new one. They also took care of the recall for the corosion problem of the RR Crossmember while the car was there. This way it saved me an extra trip to come back for that recall. Very satisfied...thank you!! The two gentleman that we dealt with (Louis Douglas & Philip Dallas) were exceptionally friendly as well as professional! They made us feel extremely comfortable with the process. They made it easy to trust them. Today I happily drive my new GMC Terrain with a smile on my face because of the wonderful experience of buying a car from Cochran!! They have absolutely won me over as a long-time Cochran client! More
My wife's vehicle was at the dealership for service and I started to look at new cars as an option instead of paying for the repair since it was out of warranty. Our salesperson was great. He answered all of our questions took time to go over the standard features as well as options of the make/models we decided to look at. We were in the door and had keys to a new vehicle in about three hours with no pressure and a very good deal on the trade. More
John has replaced a new console with a damage used console against my decision. They have caused additional damage to my car and were going to correct the damage they caused. Then when requested I console against my decision. They have caused additional damage to my car and were going to correct the damage they caused. Then when requested I would rather have a different dealership fix the damage they caused to my car. They now have change their decision and said that I brought the car in with those damages. That is not true. If the carpet was damaged and the leather console box was damaged they would have noted it and brought it to my attention. They caused the damaged when the replaced the brand new lower console with the used damage console. They damage carpet when the did the work for which I intially brought the car in for service. They have been totally untrustworthy and dishonest. If they truly believed that they had not caused the additional damage why then did they not say that when I showed it to them. Why did they agree to repair. The also tried to have me agree to a fraudentlent repair of the right rear caliper.They stated it was stuck. When I came to pick up the car I had a mechanic test the caliper both manually and hydraulic function and the caliper did stick. If the caliper had been stuck the breaks woould have been overheating and the rotor and the break pads would have an irregular wear pattern. The car would also be pulling to the opposite side. The caused the additional damage to the car. Both John and Dirik and Bryan have provided the worst customer service ever More
