BEWARE!!! AUTO BUTLER Customers.... #1 Cochran in Monroeville no longer has the Auto Butler automatic polishing machine!!!!!!!.... ...YET THEY CONTINUE TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUTO BUTLER AP #1 Cochran in Monroeville no longer has the Auto Butler automatic polishing machine!!!!!!!.... ...YET THEY CONTINUE TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUTO BUTLER APPOINTMENT....You show up THINKING they're reapplying the Auto Butler to your vehicle (which you have a written contract)....WRONG!!! While you are in a customer service waiting area, your car is taken to a separate location and they are HAND applying a TOTALLY DIFFERENT product to your vehicle WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE ..or permission, and passing it off as Auto Butler. This all happened to me May 1, 2015... Only after leaving their premises did I realize something was wrong. Upon self inspection of my vehicle,I suspected the auto butler was never reapplied and immediately went back to the dealership and questioned many people. That's when the afore mentioned truth came out. Needless to say I wasn't happy! Within the last month I have made MANY phone calls to Cochran... Getting the runaround each and every time.... PROMISED return calls that didn't come... Each time I tried to get in touch with Randy Irwin... He conveniently "just left".... When I mentioned never mind I'm tired of getting the runaround my next step is the attorney general...... Then suddenly He was "in a meeting" and will call you back by 8 PM " Randy Irwin did call me by 8:00. I voiced my concerns about the auto butler... How I was deceived, and how many other auto butler customers are being deceived by them. Mr. Irwin's response was...." You bought a warranty and we have the right to change the chemical anytime we want, we have that right." I told him I have a contract right in front of me for five years for the auto butler application...... They have no right to put another product on my vehicle without my permission .....He REPEATEDLY insisted, "you bought a warranty" . Randy Irwin is a very hard man to have a Conversation..... P.S... I did speak to Auto Butler's general office and they told me I bought a contract with AUTO BUTLER ...Cochran has no right to put another chemical on my vehicle. More
HORRIBLE Experience all around The pre -owned salesman was rude to me on several occasions, and he thought he could push me around and tell me what to do. I did not like his attitu The pre -owned salesman was rude to me on several occasions, and he thought he could push me around and tell me what to do. I did not like his attitude. He was too aggressive and intimidating, but not in a good way for sales. I bought a pre-owned vehichle from Monroeville cochran, and lets say it has had too many mechanical problems for not even owning it 6 months. They are not willing to take care of it, and i am angry i came here for a dealership experience and do not feel I got one. Why pay $2,000 more than what the car is worth if they do not fix the problems? The finance guy was in a rush and did not explain stuff, and this was my first auto loan, and i did not know the interest rate or bank until i asked! I am shocked they called this car certified pre-owned. I had to take the car in a few times for work and they had me pay for it! I will never come here for service or to buy a car again. I do not want to be harassed so i am not entering the real salesman. The manager never got back to me and will not be willing to do anything .Go to Jim Shorkey or Kenny Ross. More
Don't have Stupid tattoed on my forhead! took my car in because just didn't seem to drive right they told me that I had not one, not two, not three, but all four of my rims were damaged took my car in because just didn't seem to drive right they told me that I had not one, not two, not three, but all four of my rims were damaged ( pot hole damage )and needed replaced, unfortunately, this was not a warranty issue and I would have to pay 2000.00 out of pocket. Feeling like I was being conned, I brought the car home, and had it checked out by other responsible mechanics, and garages. Turns out, one rim needed replaced, the other three were ok.. Definitely lost my business and everyone that I know More

He was very attentive toward me even remembering my girlfriends name when we came back 2 days later after we spoke for only 5 minutes. Lee is a good salesman and was able to get me into the car I wanted and had it ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Thanks again Lee for all your help and excellent customer service. Rodent damaged used car not inspected or fully reconditioned Cadillac dealership did not inspect nor fully recondition a 2008 Cadillac SRX with 25,272 miles as stated in their advertisement. Dealership promised Cadillac dealership did not inspect nor fully recondition a 2008 Cadillac SRX with 25,272 miles as stated in their advertisement. Dealership promised this was a pristine used vehicle that had been verified through their multi-points inspection process. I traveled almost 400 miles to purchase this vehicle after reaching agreement on price. I also provided a deposit so the dealership would hold the vehicle until my arrival. A simple raising of the hood showed visible rodent-based damage…including a nice little nest build next to the battery area. It was obvious no inspection had ever occurred that including raising the hood on the car. Needless to say I did not purchase the car because there’s no way on knowing the level of infestation and damage throughout the vehicle. Also just the possibility of contracting hantavirus and the resulting hantavirus pulmonary syndrome from the rodent xxxxxxxxx throws up a big red flag. I was promised I would be contacted within a week about reimbursement of my expenses. NO response. After more than a week had passed I sent an email to feedback@cochran.com and asked for a response within 2 business days. NO response. After 3 days I opened a complaint with the local BBB. UPDATE: I was contacted by Randy Irwin of Cochran. Throughout our conversation he would answer most of my questions or points with "the vehicle had been fully inspected and subsequently fully reconditioned and therefore the dealership was in no way responsible for me not wanting to purchase the vehicle". When I pointedly asked why the dealership's inspection did not notice the very obvious rodent damage and nest he struggled for a response. I then asked if he had seen the vehicle before making his decision and contacting me...of course his answer was no. This is very disturbing when the dealership's first response to this posting was a promise of a thorough investigation. I can only hope that this well established dealership, who pride themselves on their service and reputation will actually investigate this situation and realize that the condition of the vehicle as I found it IS their responsibility. As I stood outside waiting for a ride since he told me my truck would not be done I saw them pull it into service bay. When I went back in to question him he told me they had to pull it out to do an oil change on another vehicle. I don't think they even looked at it till then. My check engine light was on I had already had a diagnosis from a girl at Advanced Auto parts she did it in 5 minutes . When I called the service manager to complain he never returned my call. Told them to put my truck back together and I would not pay a cent and I would take it with me they had it out in less than 3 minutes because there was nothing to put back together as I don't think they had touched it all day. This was the third time in 6 years the engine light had come on the first 2 times it was under warranty so all they should have had to do was look back on their service records to look for problem . I will never buy another vehicle there again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone, More

First time for service and I will be back. This is my first visit. Must confess another dealers was recommended but their customer service was totally awful so I did a Bing search and found Coc This is my first visit. Must confess another dealers was recommended but their customer service was totally awful so I did a Bing search and found Cochran. They were very nice and treated you in a professional manner. One thing I would suggest is that they give you a "guesstimate" on the time in case you wanted to make arrangements to be picked up. I was OK with my wait but there were some who were vocal in their wait times. And as it was a Cadillac I think an inside vacuum service and windows washed would be a good idea. When I get my oil changed at Highland Tire they ds automatically so was a little surprised it wasn't done. More

Very foolish - we were looking to purchase an Escalade EXT. We purchase vehicles every 3-4 years and we pay cash every time. Our neighbor recommended Cochran Monroeville - big mistake. He is embarrassed at how we were treated (or I should say the lack of treatment) and I can assure you that we will not be purchasing from you. If your service is that poor for a potential buyer, I can't even imagine the headache I would have with routine maintenance!!! More
