The review of our repair was very thorough and professional. I received a video pointing everything that needed repaired, what was and wasn’t covered by the easy care. Clay Cova called me to tell professional. I received a video pointing everything that needed repaired, what was and wasn’t covered by the easy care. Clay Cova called me to tell me the repairs would cost $750. We agreed on that and I said proceed with the repairs. The car was repaired and I received a bill for $1200. It was very upsetting that nobody told me that the car would be $450 more than the original quote. We’ve leased 4 cars over the past 12 years from Dale Taylor. We’ve had nothing but great things to say about Dale. He’s the best that #1 Cochran has!! More

Tim Grubbs was a great salesman! He is very polite and not pushy like most salespeople. I highly recommend working with him. A smith & Larry also helped out a lot. I went to 7 dealerships - yes 7, and not one could give me the results I wanted. I even went to the dealership for the car brand, but they couldn’t get me the results I wanted.
