I have pictures of underneath my vehicle that shows where the car was not put on the lift properly and it slipped. Check you camera in the shop. The car was damaged there. Our insurance company will be in contact.

We apologize for any confusion this has caused. We are also sensitive that a car purchase can have many moving parts and after the fact both parties can be unsure about some of the details. Our policy requires the Carfax be disclosed both in the online advertising and in a physical copy presented at the time of sale on each vehicle we sell. The records indicate that is true in this case as well. Trade in values very dealership to dealership, in this case you have chosen to trade the vehicle elsewhere for less value than our team offered. This paired with your traded vehicle is currently listed online for less than the Carfax recommended sales price prevents us from agreeing that there is a loss of value.
