I recently purchased a beautiful car from Montgomeryville Acura, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had. As a woman navigating the car-buying process on my own, I was a little nervous walking in but my salesperson, Dylan, immediately put me at ease. He was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the car that was the best fit for me not just making a sale. Dylan took the time to walk me through several different options, encouraged me to test drive multiple vehicles, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my choices, which made me feel respected and confident throughout the process. On top of that, I received a very fair deal on my trade-in, which made it possible for me to drive home in a car I truly love at a payment that comfortably fits my budget. Dylan was also wonderful in taking the extra time to explain all the features of my new vehicle so that I left the dealership feeling empowered, not overwhelmed. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Montgomeryville Acura and especially Dylan for anyone looking for honesty, patience, and genuine care in the process.
I recently visited this Acura dealership with high hopes of purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Unfortunately my experience was far from what I expected from a refutable dealership. We met with the sales representative Dylan Walton who seemed helpful at first but after a few minutes, it felt like an afterthought. Dylan seemed distracted and uninterested in finding the right car. I had done my research and came prepared with questions but most were met with vague answers and deflections. While negotiating, Dylan became less cooperative , and the tone switch from helpful to dismissive. The most frustrating point came when I asked to speak with the general manager to voice my concerns. I was told they were unavailable and despite multiple request they declined to meet with me. The manager even walked by me while I was sitting there. That lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with a serious buyer was incredibly disappointing. I couldn’t help but notice that other customers who didn’t look like me seemed to be treated with more attentiveness and respect. I sincerely hope this wasn’t a reflection of bias but the contrast was hard to ignore. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness and dignity regardless of background . As it stands I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Beware of this dealership! No matter what you ask them to do they find other things you need. We took our RDX in for inspection and the service advisor told us our battery was bad. I found this to be odd as we replaced it less than a year ago. We took it to advance auto to replace it again and they told us it was fine. As we were driving home we noticed a small sticker on the windshield that stated the tires and battery were both good. I am convinced they are compensated by selling unneeded parts and services. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. Needless to say we will no longer use them for service or purchases.
I bought a 2011 Acura Mdx from here. I did not know they had not had any inspection done on the car (which I thought should be done by any dealer). And after I signed the contract, they began to inspect the car and it turned out there were many problems with the car. The quote from their service department is over 11000. The manager told us to take it to somewhere else to inspect. We did and have a quote of 5000 from my mechanic. I think it is unfair to ask them to fix everything, so I only ask them to fix the most important issues, which would be around 3000 dollars. But the manager said no. Now I am trying to get a lawyer to help me.
I had a great experience with my sales agent Chris Newton. He was timely with his communication through FB Marketplace and was great to work with! I am very please with my purchase!
