BUYERS BEWARE.....do NOT get a vehicle from Big Horn. They don't send invoices or statements and if you're even 1 month late they will come repo your vehicle and will not reach out to you letting you know you're late or even ask when they can expect payment and will not work with anyone during the COVID pandemic. I have NVR had anyone be as rude to me as the lady who works the front desk. They really take advantage of lower income families by repossessing vehicles without even trying to work with you! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is concerning.
HOW DOES A CAR WITH PAYMENTS MADE ON TIME AND UP TO DATE INSURANCE GET REPOED ECAUSE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THATS HOW. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE xxxx SCAM ARTIST
