Jacob was absolutely amazing with us! Even though we didnt buy our expedition max from White's he went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with it! We ended up needing a new transmission and had to send it back to the dealership we bought it from for repair and we felt bad we couldn't have White's fix it after all Jacob did for us! He is excellent at what he does and we are extremely thankful for his time and knowledge!
