What Others Say

Both service advisors took very good care of me and my vehicles needs. I will be back for my next maintenance appointment!

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. Every time I need service or to purchase a vehicle, the men and women at Classic Madison have always provided prompt, top quality service. The staff is friendly and explains everything clearly and with full transparency. I live over an hour away and I will ONLY go to Classic Madison. They are honest, fair, and always put their customers first. This is the #1 dealership compared to all others.

The car was sold by the time the dealer got back in touch with me and didn’t have another I was interested in

From making an appointment, to the service itself, to the pricing and customer service at pickup, it's always great at Classic in Madison!

I had no issues and am happy with the outcome. I would go back for sure

Everyone a Classic was professional and friendly, but I had a warrantee issue. It appears the damper on my jeep has a dead spot which is causing my vehicle to have a death wobble when I go over certain pumps at a higher rate of speed with less than a half tank of gas. The dealer noted the issue and ordered the part. Nobody called to let me know that the part was in but when I called back, they promptly scheduled me the following week. I went to the shop and was there about an hour before my service writer came out and advised me that the part had been reconfigured , so it would make sense for me to wait until that new part is released to have it replaced. I agreed with us, but at the same time I wasted at least two hours of my morning driving 25 minutes to the dealership and waiting to be told, I will have to come back in February . Although I don’t have a gripe about the dealership, I’m a little frustrated of coordinating my day to go to the dealership which isn’t exactly super close on this issue. This is my second cheap and had zero issues. I know things happen beyond our control, but still frustrated all the same. Thankfully, I currently work from home, which makes it easier to prepare for these events and have been trying to not drive my vehicle that much because it’s not fun experiencing a death wobble when it happens. However there is not much urgency to fix the problem. Initially, I never received a call after the first part came in.
