What Others Say

Very professional transaction with Jacob when test driving and buying a used Rav4. Knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Jacob. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Professional employees who could answer my questions, prepared for my appointment along with concrete suggestions for my car

I was at Stapp Interstate Toyota on 10/9/25 to get in on their great tire deal. Much better to have trained Toyota techs work on your Toyota than untrained tire installers at Discount Tire or the like. My service writer Luis Fuentes was awesome . Very professional and my vehicle was ready in a short time . Love my new tires . Try Stapp you will not be disappointed.

I took my vehicle (2017 Rav4h) for my usual fall oil change, tire rotation, and checkpoint inspection. I was told everything checked out ok. On my way home, my low pressure indicator for one of my tires came on. I proceeded to Les Schwab, since they installed my tires and they verified pressures in all tire. I then left Schwab and my front driver’s proximity sensor started sending alarms. When I checked the sensor, it fell into the inner recess so I returned to Stapp. I then spent the remainder of the day trying to deal with why my brakes were now in need of replacement when they weren’t documented in my initial inspection. I also had to refuse to pay for my tire sensor when it was obvious, to me, that it was fine before Stapp rotated my tires. In the end, Stapp did replace the sensor and replace the brakes, but I did not ask for the brakes, it was their offer. I should not have had to be subjected to the “back and forth “ to resolve my issue. My service consultant, Lauren Bragg, was great and she should not have been put in the situation she was put into. In the end my vehicle was repaired properly, but the process was extremely frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.

Honesty and fast transaction. No hassle getting the car I wanted and also the price I asked for my trade-in.. Cory the salesman was exceptional. I bought several cars from them and I will buy again!

The staff at Interstate Toyota is exceptional! It is so refreshing to take my vehicles to a dealership for service and NOT have them hard sell me on repairs my vehicle does not need. The waiting area is very comfortable and you can buy coffee and other food items if interested. They are a top-notch service center and I will continue to take my Toyota cars there.
