The dealership was clean and people were friendly. Trevor approached us politely and was very helpful and informative throughout our whole process. We did not feel pressured in any way and Trevor was conscious of our family needs and wants.
I made my expectations clear when I walked in, but instead of test driving cars to see which one I liked best, I spent most of the time sitting in a salesperson’s office, getting exhausted waiting on absolutely nothing. I should’ve left. The salesperson happened to share the same name as my ex — so yes, I was terrified the whole time. He treated me with a mix of kindness and control. Control meaning: he would not let me test drive any car except the one he wanted me to buy. I am serious, this is the first time I have ever had this happen, I mean you go to test drive and you are only allowed to test drive one? I kept asking to test drive others and was ignored. Again, I should have left. I’ll chalk this up as an experience I never want to repeat. I felt pressured into buying a car I didn’t even want, but who cares, they got the sale, right? This was the first time I’ve ever felt forced to a specific car. With every car I bought before, the salesperson understood it was a big decision and purchase, never rushed or pressured me. So what happened here? I see all the great reviews, even for the same salesperson. Yet when I told him directly that I felt pushed into the sale, he hung his head and refused to look at me. His actions made it clear he didn’t care if I found the right car. It felt almost like he sensed vulnerability and used it against me. I really hate that some people do this. And I feel bad to write my honest experience. Sad and I can't even remember anyone else's name except the one, which says a lot of how I felt. I recommend you take a friend with you, who will step in and say, let's come back. The cars are definitely great prices, possible the best deal around on most.
I thought they were good but I stopped in to get my vehicle cleaned because I smelled like smoke n ask for the spare tire n floor mats. They cleaned the vehicle but didn't get the spare tire or mats. I was also told to stop in today for my 2nd key but there was one.
Great people and process. The entire experience was quick and painless. Would definitely buy from them again.
Great customer service and very professional. Spent time explaining various plans and products. Sales staff gave other options for vehicles after sharing that I preferred a truck instead of a car.
Everyone was really nice and the buying process was painless. Billy and Scott in sales were a joy to work with and Kevin in finance was super friendly and efficient.
