Last day of the month and I was set on a truck I wanted. It seemed as if there was little to no chance to get what I wanted due to the price. Charles worked out the deal and made sure the business didn’t lose and the customer was satisfied. He also made sure I had the full new car experience and took pictures to ensure I had them as well.
