Service rep was excellent and very customer centric. Video review was a good feature to share with the customer.

Chloe was professional, pleasant and had great follow through. She clearly explained the issues and politely answered my questions. It was a pleasure to work with her.
While they were accommodating with me being out of state and were willing to mail my license plates to me, the communication wasn't great. I wouldn't seek them out as a dealership to go to in the future, but I did get the car I wanted. They were not forthcoming about the fact that the car did not have a 2nd key and I had to check all the paperwork thoroughly to make sure the taxes were calculated right and that they didn't try to charge me for the VIN etch. Also, they tried to tell me that financing the warranty would cost nothing different from paying separately for the warranty, which is not accurate. The first sales person I got paired with was not even the one who did my deal.
He was very polite, helpful, asked questions about my car and was very timely with the service based on my schedule. Great service!!!
