Bob Hill was incredible to work with. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the product line and offerings. More important to me, he was patient, thoughtful and kind throughout the transaction. It was like having my dad talk me through the process. He helped me work through and consider the best options for my situation. I feel like he genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision and help to create a good all around experience. I felt he was invested in not only the sale, but helping me have the best outcome. I will definitely look forward to working with Bob when it's time for my next Lexus.
