Work that was completed at this time met my expectation. The reason for 4 star is based on communication. Original estimate was $500 less than actual bill. When questioned I was told that it didn't include parts. That is an important piece of information to leave out. The estimate stated there could be adjustments at final bill but $500 is a BIG adjustment. The representative we were working with stated that it was the app/software that they work with and that he has complained about it in the past. Well I am adding to that argument. If I hadn't expected a bill around what the final cost was, I can tell you that you would be getting a 1 star rating and a very confrontational customer at pick up. What if I couldn't have afforded to pay the extra $500, how would you have handled it? Poor communication through Ford's app must be corrected for both your customer's and your staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel. No sales pressure - focused on providing information. Professional approach to price and trade in discussion - none of the negotiating gimmicks that I have experienced elsewhere in the past.
