This is at least the 3rd time we've purchased a car from Michelle (This was a new 2025 Rav4. We previously purchased a new 2023 Highlander and a preowned 2019 Rav4). Michelle again did a wonderful job walking us through the current inventory as well as options. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable, and we will definitely plan to work with her again in the future!

Recently had my Ram truck break down and it was time for a new vehicle. I went to Kolosso over the weekend and saw a truck I was interested in. The following Monday I worked with Andrea. She made the process easy with know exaggerated pressure. She did such a good job we are also in the process of purchasing a second vehicle from her.
