I just purchased a Lincoln MKS from King Ford Dealership. I was very pleased with the service of everyone that I dealt with. David Breedlove was the salesman that assisted me through this process. He was very kind and very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I looked at and test drove.. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Dealer burned up my alternator due to miswiring it. They said it was my fault, charged me for another alternator and wiring harness. At this point my car was in the shop for 4 days. On the 5th day I called to get the status of my vehicle. They ordered the wrong wiring harness for my 00' Cougar. The next day I got my car back, but got raped with a $400 bill. Moreover, I asked them if I could get my old alternator back and they said that wouldnt be a problem. Then come to find out, they wanted me to pay a $75 core charge that was never discussed to get it back. I plan on filing suit against the dealership just for the principal of the thing and would not recommend anyone buy a car or have a car serviced at this dealership.
