I am highly enraged. I received a friendly apology after being ripped off for $336, and they couldn't fix what they assured me they could. Total deception and no concern after I made it clear that I am a low-income senior and can't afford for anything to go wrong. I brought my Navigator there for service because a while back, my auto Locksmith couldn't program a spare key. He said it could be because the aftermarket remote starter was somehow blocking them from getting into my Navigator's system. He said only a Ford Garage had the right diagnostic equipment to figure it out. So, Johnson's called me after a couple of hours and said they had the problem solved and then talked me into getting a spare key cut and programmed from them instead of my locksmith in case there was still a problem with the system. At the end of the day, I ended up with an apology and a new spare key that only unlocks the doors but won't start the engine. They're diagnostics guy is supposed to be an expert and couldn't even figure out how to either bypass the remote starter circuit or just disable it. I'm trying to dispute the charge on my credit card, but it's still pending.

your complaints and the lack of responses in writing. I've included the 3 Executives from the local dealership on my last 2 emails and received no response from any of them. Tow Truck driver who towed my car stated he's towed numerous cars out of there to other dealers/repair shops. One that was quoted 5k for repair. Towed it to DePaula and she was charged $1200. Do your research and take it somewhere else. Don't believe the generic responses you see. They will not follow up or rectify anything. This dealer and this car have ensured I will never purchase another Ford. Problem after problem from the beginning to the end and the closest dealer is a circus. Read the reviews, get a second opinion, and report concerns you have with your service to the BBB (The customer relations rep asked me if I called BBB. ABSOLUTELY) and Attorney General. All easy to complete online forms that can help save the unsuspecting people who are being tricked in to paying for ridiculous "repairs" from shady dealerships. Johnson is being outgrown by every other dealership around them. It's not for no reason.
All the staff were friendly and courteous. They provided good communication and returned calls promptly.
