We shopped for a vehicle at Superior this week. I was not looking forward to the experience at all with pushy salesmen, pushy finance officer. Car lots are typically not a place to shop and feel comfortable. When you have an opportunity to work with Martin Ortega to purchase a vehicle, the kindness and professionalism is a welcome experience. This includes after the purchase. We've bought many cars and this was our best experience in the 42 years of buying.
We purchased a new car which has turned out to be a lemon! It has a vibration in low rpm under load and everyone acknowledges it, duplicates it, but when they couldn't fix it GM decided it was NORMAL! I've had trouble getting calls returned and they have not helped us to get our car repaired or to get help from GM. Also I found in the paperwork that they had me sign an agreement to not pursue any claim as a class action suit - I guess GM knows they have problems.
They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products. Every question was answered in a very timely manner
Scheduled a service appointment for my 2020 Acadia. Arrived a several minutes early and they started right away. After a short and reasonable wait, that came to get me in the waiting room. Went over what they had done. I paid and was on my way.
