I was able to easily schedule online & they completed my 15k mile maintenance in under 2 hrs.
My vehicle had an overheating transmission and I brought it to Malloy, expecting it to sit there for a week or more since we didn’t have an appointment. My vehicle had the transmission replaced and everything was coordinated between Malloy and the extended warranty company with no issues at all, in a matter of 2-3 days. My service advisor kept me informed the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for any better of an experience than what I received at Malloy!
Mr. Chung was my interface. Took my info and concerns, made some suggestions. Service began soon after. No pressure, told me what needed to be fixed, work was done. Finished up much sooner than I expected. Very satisfied with Malloy service.
