I guess I would say if a person changes their mind overnight they should honor that and not try to talk them out of it and make them feel guilty.. We all have things going on . the last. I remember there’s a three day period. Where you could do that, but I ended up with a truck. I really didn’t want & now I’m trying to sell it. Which, by the way, took several weeks to get the title from the dealer and now of course, fewer weeks from the state of Missouri. Not sure why it takes so long to distribute a title to a customer after they pay cash for it. The good news is is Jim Butler did do a lot of nice stuff to it. They went over and beyond it seems to make it very nice and safe for the road.. that’s my take on it all. I’ll probably avoid dealers as much as I can in the future. It’s just a little too fake and too much pressure..

Great, easy overall experience. Brian is amazing. We will definitely be back to Jim Butler.
